Aminah is an Associate with Kidu Lawyers, based in Port Moresby, and is admitted to practise as a lawyer in Papua New Guinea. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Papua New Guinea in 2008 and has been practising for 10 years.

Aminah’s expertise is in commercial law and her experience includes drafting commercial agreements for clients, providing legal advice for the incorporation and foreign certification of overseas companies seeking to do business in Papua New Guinea as well as managing intellectual property applications including trademarks for overseas based clients.

She has also worked as inhouse counsel for a telecommunications company and has exensive experience in telecommunications including leases and property law, ICT agreements for the provision of Internet, Private Branch Network, International Private Leased Circuit and Fixed Voice agreements as well as negotiating Master Service Agreements, data centre software licencing agrreements, retail distribution agreeements, branding and sponsorship agreements, content licencing agreements and mergers and acquisitions. ​
