She is widely recognised for her strong analytical capability, her commitment to ethical conduct, and her ability to provide clear, commercially grounded advice to senior stakeholders navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
Eunice commenced her career in public law litigation with the Office of the Solicitor General, representing the State and its agencies in significant matters before the National and Supreme Courts. She subsequently built a distinguished career in the private sector and corporate in-house roles, and has significant experience advising major institutions in the banking, finance, resources, and energy sectors. Her extensive experience in banking and finance includes drafting and reviewing critical documents, representing clients in dispute resolution, due diligence, risk assessment and general advisory.
Before being Managing Partner at Lane Lawyers in Port Moresby since 2025, Eunice held senior legal roles at Santos - Oil Search (PNG) Limited and BSP Financial Group, where she developed deep expertise in litigation strategy, risk mitigation frameworks, corporate compliance, and enterprise-wide governance. Her roles have consistently involved partnering closely with senior executives, regulators, and external counsel to resolve disputes, identify legal exposure, and drive strong organisational governance.
As Managing Partner of Lane Lawyers, Eunice led a team of legal professionals and was responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and growth, operational performance, and stakeholder engagement.
Eunice’s approach is grounded in a belief that effective legal practice requires both technical excellence and a culture of ethical, transparent decision-making in partnership with clients.
In her spare time Eunice enjoys reading, spending time with her four daughters and making meaningful connections with friends and family.
